The Talent Wing: Separated by 2 doors and a hallway, the talent wing is an area where talent may relax and converse without disturbing a shoot in progress. Two makeup workstations are complete with 16 60-watt white bulb vanity lighting, 14 outlets, 2 folding tall make-up chairs, and 2 styling tool holders.

Permit: This house has been registered and permitted as a photography studio since June 2006, however, for any commercial video or still productions - regardless of cast/crew size), one must obtain a permit.

Power: We have modified north and south wings of the house to accommodate two 20-amp quad boxes on their own individual breakers.

WiFi: Wireless Fidelity is available on the property conforming to IEEE 802.1b, as an alternative to a wired LAN. You may receive incoming faxes and use of outgoing phone services for an additional $10 fee.

Allergen Control: We have three Sharper Image Professional Series™ Ionic Breeze® Quadra Silent Air Filters for use. These have proven its effectiveness at reducing airborne allergens and irritants such as pollen, dust mite allergen, tobacco smoke and dander. Each unit is designed for larger rooms 550 square feet or more. All central air vents have Filtrete™ Ultra Allergen Reduction Filters, which are 90% Captures 90% of large allergens like mold spores and pet dander from the air passing through the filter, microscopic allergens like dust, smoke and smog particles and bacteria and particles that can carry viruses. Meets the American Lung Association Health House® program Indoor Air Quality Guidelines.

Parking: There is safe off street parking to accomodate up to 10 cars or trucks without disburbing the local denizens. There is also a parking lot less than half a mile a way.

Equipment/Grip Access: The property assistant can open the garage door or side gates if needed, allowing for 10' of clearance. Double doors are available in the back courtyard.

Property Assistance: Blue Fox offers friendly on-site assistance to help your production move smoothly.

Alarm System: We have an alarm system to activate upon entry to all external doors, the breaking of any glass window, and smoke of any kind. This may be deactivated by the property assistant upon request.
